CARE YOUR EYEBALLS IN EARLY MORNING



In early morning when you wake up, you could take 5 to 10 minutes to care about your eyeballs.

Eyeballs Exercise
1. Without washing your face and eyes
2. Walk to your room's windows
3. Use your hand's palm and block any side of eyes
4. On your unblocked eye, FOCUS on any subject at the far side
5. Stay on around 2 to 4 minutes
6. Repeat the similar steps on another side of eyes
