滋陰潤肺飲食材 (INGREDIENTS)
1:水梨一個 ASIAN PEAR 1 PIECE2:川貝母二錢 SICHUAN FRITILLARY BULB 6 GRAMS
3:銀耳適量 SNOW FUNGUS
4:枸杞二錢 LYCIUM CHINESE 6 GRAMS
5:蜜棗一顆 CANDIED DATES 1 PIECE
附加食材 (OPTIONAL INGREDIENTS)
1:杏仁二錢(可以用海底燕窩取代;或燕窩取代) ALMOND (OR BIRD NEST)2:泡參適量 GINSENG
作法
1:水梨不去皮,洗淨後去掉頭尾及中間的種子,切方丁。2:銀耳泡水變軟,用手撕開成一片片。
3:將所有的材料放入燉盅,加水直剛好蓋過食材,放入電鍋蒸熟,即可。
4:起鍋之際、到入適量麥芽糖或冰糖拌勻,便是美味好吃、又具滋補潤喉的煲湯。
